1) Accolade of Commendation & Certificate of Merit Issued by Chairman of the People’s Committee of Bình Đại District
The accolade of commendation for "exceptional service in rural connectivity": especially support in transportation and rural infrastructure of villages in conjunction with bridge-building efforts, given to president Thomas Tran by Bùi Thị Huyền Trang, the Chairman of the District People's Committee of Bình Đại.
2) Benefaction Appreciation Letter Issued by People's Committee of Phú Thuận Commune, Bình Đại, Bến Tre Province
Received a personalised letter and congratulation from the People's Committee, which was presented at the bridge inauguration ceremony in front of students, government officials, and members of Red Cross Vietnam.
NEWS OUTLET APPEARANCE
On this episode, the series "Kết nối yêu thương" reported Thomas Tran as the benefactor that raised money for the bridge (20m in length, 2,2m in width) from scholarships and funding, and has donated a total of $2500USD to the project including contributions from civilians and villagers. The reportage also included an interview of other members and a series of close-up scenes documenting the entire process of benefaction.
